ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Recur Club is India's AI-native debt marketplace — we use real-time data and proprietary underwriting to match high-quality borrowers with the right lenders in weeks, not months.

We serve both VC-backed growth-stage startups and traditional businesses with stable cash flows — secured and unsecured structured debt financing at scale. Backed by top-tier investors including Info Edge Ventures, Village Global, Y Combinator, and Titan Capital.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Build the VC & ecosystem pipeline — own relationships with VCs, micro-VCs, angel networks, syndicates, accelerators, and incubators. Make Recur the first call their portfolio companies make when they need debt capital.
  • Drive B2B partnership revenue — develop a high-quality funnel of B2B clients through strategic alliances. Your partnerships should compound — not just open doors but generate recurring deal flow.
  • Evaluate and qualify inbound opportunities — assess startup profiles, business models, and funding readiness to prioritise the right leads for Recur's product.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying and approaching a lead, to pitching, structuring, onboarding the partner, and growing the relationship over time.
  • Lead cohort and accelerator engagement — build and manage structured programs with incubators and accelerators to drive high-quality deal flow at scale, including end-to-end cohort planning and founder selection.
  • Build joint GTM plans — co-create business plans with partners including KPIs, success metrics, accountability frameworks, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Own performance reporting and partner analytics — track partnership KPIs, build dashboards, and translate data into insights that help leadership make faster decisions.
  • Be the voice of the partner internally — liaise with product and tech to unblock onboarding, and surface partner insights that shape Recur's roadmap.
  • Systematise what works — build scalable playbooks, best practices, and repeatable processes so the partnership engine runs efficiently as we grow.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU

  • 3–5 years in B2B partnerships, investor relations, or ecosystem roles
  • Deep familiarity with the VC / startup ecosystem — worked alongside founders, funds, or accelerators
  • Managed senior stakeholders — founders, co-founders, GPs — and can hold the room
  • Data-driven — you track KPIs, build reporting, and improve based on numbers
  • Built or managed structured programs — accelerator cohorts, partner onboarding, or similar
  • Own your work — you don't need to be managed, you need to be resourced
  • Fintech, lending, or financial services partnerships background
  • Experience in a VC fund, angel network, or investment operations role
