Recur Club is an AI-native debt marketplace revolutionizing how SMEs and startups access growth and working capital. We use real-time business data and proprietary underwriting algorithms to match high-quality borrowers with institutional and alternative lenders — delivering capital in weeks, not months.
We serve both VC-backed growth stage startups and traditional businesses with stable cash flows, offering both secured and unsecured structured debt financing solutions. Backed by top-tier investors, Recur Club is building the infrastructure (faster, smarter and Founder / Promoter first) to power credit distribution at scale.
As an Analyst, you'll work closely with our Capital Consultants and play a critical role in powering end-to-end deal execution. Your day-to-day will revolve around building lender-ready profiles, supporting financial analyses, managing key workflows, and keeping our capital engine running smoothly.
Your responsibilities:
- Compile and validate financial documents and client data.
- Assist in preparation of deal one-pagers and engagement letters.
- Maintain clean and updated records in HubSpot.
- Track deal progress across Spark, Swift, and Scale stages.
- Support invoicing, collections, and operational tasks with the Ops team.
- Monitor portfolio performance and generate early warning signals.
- Liaise with lenders to schedule meetings and manage feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to sharpen deal insights.
Skill sets/Experience we require:
- 0-2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, VC, lending, or consulting.
- CA/CFA/Graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, Excel, and research skills.
- Proactive team player who’s eager to learn and execute.
- Clear communicator with a bias for action and ownership.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus.
